Each year First District Development Company selects an individual lender who frequently works with FDDC as their “Lender of the Year”. For 2019, FDDC awarded Josh Hogue of Reliabank in Watertown as the 2019 Lender of the Year. Hogue was chosen for his use of creative financing to complete project requests for his commercial customers. A long-time FDDC supporter, Hogue has partnered with FDDC many times to provide an affordable financing package to his customers. His hard work and dedication has helped small businesses in the community and surrounding area.
