At First District Development Company’s Annual Celebration held on November 30, 2017, Mike Kluck of Dacotah Bank in Watertown, was the recipient of the 2017 Lender of the Year award. Kluck was chosen because of his dedication to small businesses, customer service, and his creativity in commercial financing. First District Development Company provides low, fixed interest rate business loans that require lender participation.
